About the job

Summary

This senior project management role focuses on the development of a global, realistic 3A action game. Responsibilities include collaborating with the project management team, developing and maintaining project plans, establishing development process standards for realistic 3A content, optimizing development efficiency, and proactively identifying and resolving project issues. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Unreal Engine, experience with large-scale online game development, and proven success in managing 3A game projects from pre-production to launch. Strong English communication skills are highly desirable.

2.参与及推进游戏预研期项目计划的制定、跟踪和维护，确保项目按计划完成；
3.制定并推广写实3A规格内容的开发流程规范管理，优化研发生产效率；
4.及时发现并跟踪解决项目问题，有效管理项目风险。

岗位要求

1.本科及以上学历，3年或以上大型游戏项目管理经验，有3A和项目上线经验者优先；
2. 深度理解虚幻引擎游戏研发团队的架构和流程，有技术开发背景经验优先；
3.对大型在线联网游戏开发过程管理、敏捷项目管理有认知或实践经验；
4.有游戏研发英文沟通能力者优先。
