Job Description

This Senior 3D Character Designer role focuses on creating high-quality, realistic character models, specifically beautiful facial models, for a global AAA action game. Responsibilities include modeling high-poly characters, managing resources, integrating assets into the Unreal Engine, tracking effects, and collaborating on the complete character and skin pipeline. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience, a strong understanding of next-gen character creation, excellent artistic skills, proficiency in Unreal Engine, and a passion for game development. The position requires expertise in creating realistic facial features, various makeup styles, and next-gen character clothing, along with a deep understanding of engine materials.

Must have:

Create high-quality, realistic character models
Proficient in Unreal Engine
5+ years experience in character modeling
Excellent artistic skills and strong understanding of next-gen character creation

TiMi Montreal is a new AAA development team making an innovative open world role-playing game in Unreal Engine 5 that is part of the award-winning TiMi Studio Group and Tencent. What the Role Entails

1.根据项目要求制作出高水准的美型脸部模型；

2.完成高品质次世代角色模型，资源整理，引擎合入验证，效果跟进；

3.配合其他模块完成角色以及皮肤的整套流程。

Who We Look For

1.擅长次时代美型脸部的制作，学习能力强，研究相关妆容，制作出不同风格的脸部；

2.有次时代角色服装类的制作经验，对引擎材质有更好的理解，能不断尝试去提升品质；

3.美术专业相关，5年以上角色相关制作经验；

4.审美能力优秀，能及时发现问题并改善；

5.能熟练使用UE引擎，完成并验收跟进表现效果；

6.热爱游戏行业，有较强的责任心，工作投入度高，配合团队完成任务。
