Responsibilities: - Be responsible for the development of front end and back end processes of optical waveguides - Explore and develop new process procedures. - Search for and develop supplier resources, establish a supplier resource pool, and cooperate with suppliers to develop process technologies. - Collaborate with optical design engineers to develop key optical components for AR displays.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: -Master's or Doctoral degree in physics, materials science, semiconductor microelectronics, or optoelectronic device-related technical disciplines. Doctoral degree is preferred. - 5 or more years of experience in the development of optical waveguides, micro-nano optical devices, or semiconductor processes, and have a good foundation in optical knowledge. - Strong technical communication and leadership skills and a strong interest in XR research and development. Preferred Qualifications: - Doctoral degree is preferred. - Experience of managing vendors is preferred. 【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $162000 - $408000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
