Summary

gTech Ads seeks a Video Specialist to serve as a trusted advisor to Google Ads clients. Collaboration with internal teams to drive client growth is crucial, along with developing expertise in market and competitive landscapes. The specialist will act as a Search product expert, providing consultative solutions and advocating for new product features. Technical guidance on infrastructure and data integration within Google Ads is also expected.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years digital media/marketing experience
  • Client solution implementation & measurement
  • Excellent business communication skills
  • Cross-functional collaboration
  • Search product expertise
Good to have:
  • MS/MBA or Computer Science degree
  • 5+ years internet product experience
  • Marketing measurement expertise (incrementality testing, media mix modeling, attribution modeling)
  • Data analysis & insights translation skills
  • Knowledge of performance advertising market

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions, implementing and measuring campaigns and providing client solutions.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MS or MBA, Computer Science degree, or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of experience in Internet products and technologies, with excellent business communication skills.
  • Experience in Marketing Measurement with marketing measurement techniques, including incrementality testing, media mix modeling, and attribution modeling.
  • Experience in analyzing datasets, identifying trends, and translating insights into compelling narratives.
  • Knowledge of Search Products, the performance advertising market or online ads landscape.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders; excellent relationship building, collaboration, negotiation and influence skills.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Google Ads clients, leveraging digital marketing and tech solutions to address business challenges, collaborate as a thought partner, design media plans, and deliver complex technical solutions to achieve business goals.
  • Build relationships with external advertisers to drive business outcomes through Google Ads, supporting planning, pitching, implementation, and optimization to boost product adoption and business growth.
  • Collaborate effectively with teams to drive growth plans for clients. Develop and apply knowledge of market and competitive environment for vertical and sub-verticals in solutions offered.
  • Serve as the customer's Search product expert by successfully  delivering consultative digital marketing solutions that address complex challenges and enhance the customer's sophistication and digital maturity.
  • Advocate new product features, assist with adoption through setup and provide technical guidance for infrastructure and data integration in Google Ads.
