Job Description

Uniform Specialist is responsible for maintaining Uniform Service and ensuring the compliance with Company policies and procedures.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing and delivering new uniforms, establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, and maintaining accurate and efficient stock management.
  • Cooperation with Evolution Academy and Floor Operations to ensure availability of uniforms for new hires / collection of uniforms from employees leaving the company;
  • Analyzing and resolving quality and service problems;
  • Coordinating daily uniform service and maintaining stock of all uniforms;
  • Keeping uniform storage and uniforms clean, tidy and efficiently organized;
  • Work with internal systems (JIRA, TTS, WIKI, Nevos etc.)
  • Develop and maintain internal documentation for Evolution Uniform Service unit in compliance with general Company policies and supporting business needs;
  • Communication with Evolution teams on design and delivery of new uniforms and revamp of the existing uniforms in compliance with general Company policies;
  • Performing other duties, as asked by the direct manager, which are related to this position and which meet the qualifications.

Qualifications

  • Basic computer skills
  • Knowledge of project management basics
  • Experience and knowledge of customer service principles
  • Business communication, sales, and negotiation skills
  • Interest in the fashion and image-making industry, ability to follow trends and guide suppliers and stakeholders on company needs
  • Ability to accurately fulfill job-related tasks and pay attention to details
  • Ability to work flexible shifts as required to meet expectations of the position
