As a Tesla Roadside Support Specialist, you'll provide crucial assistance to customers experiencing vehicle breakdowns. Your responsibilities include diagnosing issues, performing root cause analysis, collaborating with service centers, and representing Tesla's brand. You'll handle customer concerns professionally, escalate complex issues, and make data-driven decisions to resolve situations effectively and efficiently, prioritizing cost, speed, safety, and customer experience. Proficiency in Danish and English is essential, with additional European languages a plus. The role requires excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and the capacity to manage stressful situations while maintaining a customer-centric approach. You will work 32-40 hours per week with shifts between 7am-11:30pm, including weekends and holidays.
