Job Description

As a Technical Recruiter at Google Cloud, you'll be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and engaging top-tier candidates for technology roles. This includes developing talent, managing recruiting initiatives, partnering with hiring managers to refine strategy, and ensuring diversity, equity, and inclusion goals are met. You will leverage recruiting processes and tools, gathering role requirements, influencing hiring manager strategies, and providing status updates. You'll also advocate for a positive candidate experience, manage the interview and offer process, and collaborate with various stakeholders to optimize the hiring process. The role requires strong communication, project management, and negotiation skills.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years recruiting/HR/business experience
  • Full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Compensation negotiation experience
  • Technical recruiting experience
Good to have:
  • Project leadership experience

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, business development, business operations or account management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 4 years of experience with full-cycle recruiting.
  • 3 years of experience negotiating compensation packages or related negotiation experience.
  • 3 years of experience in the execution of technical recruiting or related technical experience.
  • Experience leading projects.

Responsibilities

  • Develop talent by leveraging recruiting processes and tools, and gathering role requirements and recommendations.
  • Influence hiring managers on their hiring strategy and provide status updates on open roles.
  • Partner with key business, staffing, and hiring stakeholders to build solutions for diversity, equity, and inclusion objectives.
  • Manage recruiting initiatives to meet established goals, improve the new hire, hiring manager, and recruiter experience.
  • Advocate for and create an excellent user experience, support assessment, evaluate skills and client needs, and drive the interview and offer process.
