Job Description

Resposibilities

Maintaining and updating inventory records.
Conduct stock count for consumables, equipment, merchandises, or supplies in stock.
Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and computer records.
Developing or improving inventory management procedures. (if necessary)
Stocking and distributing supplies, equipment, or merchandise.
Monitoring and assisting all departments regarding fulfilment and delivery for items under Inventory Team’s purview.
Responsible for verification of Delivery Order (DO) items when receiving goods by referring the Purchase Order (PO) and filling of Goods Received Notes (GRN).
To assist Procurement team with asset tagging.
Assist supervisor and team members with day-to-day and ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least DIPLOMA/DEGREE with 1-year experience.
Have experience with inventory/warehouse management.
Multi-tasking, careful, attention to details, strong integrity, sense of urgency and able to meet deadlines.
Preferably specializing in Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Strong in Negotiation Skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Required language(s): English, Malay.
Ability to operate reach truck and forklift is preferred.
