Job Description

The Talent Researcher at Scopely will conduct in-depth research to identify and attract top talent using various sources like social media, job boards, and professional organizations. Responsibilities include strategically developing and maintaining a global candidate/company database, mapping competitors, understanding industry trends, collaborating with hiring managers and recruiters, and assisting with other recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is required, along with 2+ years of experience in talent research. Experience in gaming or entertainment is a plus.

Must have:

Conduct in-depth research to identify potential candidates

Map competitors and understand industry trends
Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 2+ years experience

Scopely is looking for a Talent Researcher to join our team in Bangalore, India on a full-time basis in the office.

The Talent Researcher will be responsible for conducting research to identify and attract top talent to our organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a strong understanding of recruitment processes.

What You’ll Do:

Conduct in-depth research to identify potential candidates through various sources, including social networking channels, job boards, and professional organizations
Strategically develop and maintain a global target candidate/target company database to generate new pipelines of talent for our recruitment team to leverage
Map our competitors to best understand their structure, talent, and top performers
Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
Collaborate across regions with hiring managers and recruiters to understand talent requirements and provide recommendations for potential candidates
Assist with other recruitment-related activities as needed

About You:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2+ years of experience in talent research or related field
Experience in the gaming or entertainment industry is a plus
Interest in talent name generation and company mapping
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
