Job Description

ByteDance is seeking a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team in Japan. In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with HRBPs and hiring managers to ensure sourcing and hiring strategies are aligned with people strategies. You will also be responsible for partnering with business leaders and hiring managers to assess their talent requirements and fulfill hiring plans along with business timelines. You will use your established networks to discover and attract experienced, diverse, and ambitious talent to join our team. You will screen and select candidates effectively by assessing both their previous experience as well as culture fit with the environment. You will lead key initiatives and projects that will continuously improve and scale our recruiting operations and results. You will provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from the application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview process and offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, and closing of candidates.
Must have:
  • 5 years of experience in recruitment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Business level proficiency in Japanese and English
  • Good data management and manipulation skills
  • Ability to implement various hiring matrices
  • Experience closing senior and/or executive-level candidates
Good to have:
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Experience in both building and executing recruitment processes
  • Team supervision or management experience

Partner closely with HRBPs and hiring managers to ensure sourcing and hiring strategies are aligned with people strategies; 2. Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to assess their talent requirements and fulfill hiring plans along with business timelines; 3. Use your established networks to discover, and attract experienced, diverse, ambitious talent to join our team; 4. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications 1. 5 years of experience in recruitment and talent management; 2. Strong communication and organizational skills; 3. Business level proficiency in Japanese and English; 4. Good data management and manipulation skills; 5. Ability to implement various hiring matrices to increase efficiency and to communicate with stakeholders using data driven reports; 6. Experience closing senior and/or executive-level candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages. Preferred Qualifications 1. Keen attention to detail, and experience in both building and executing recruitment processes; 2. Team supervision or management experience; 3. Passionate about providing a great experience for all our candidates, whether offered or not; 4. Entrepreneurial and creative problem-solving ability - you'll have lots of support but often have to figure out the solution yourself; 5.
