Job Description

SciPlay seeks a passionate Talent Acquisition Partner to join their HR team on a maternity leave replacement basis. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and reference checks. The ideal candidate will be creative in sourcing top talent using various tools, maintain a strong talent pipeline, collaborate closely with hiring managers, and utilize the company's Applicant Tracking System. Responsibilities include finding and attracting the best candidates, creating a positive candidate experience, and upholding the company's values. The role requires 2+ years of recruiting experience, strong time management, multitasking skills, and excellent written and verbal communication in English and Hebrew.

Must have:

2+ years recruiting experience
Manage full recruitment lifecycle

Excellent communication (English & Hebrew)

Position Summary

We’re looking for a passionate and energized talent acquisition to join our leading HR team, to help us find & attract the best talents to join our rapidly growing team. The talent Acquisition will play a key role in recruiting talented candidates and be an integral part of creating a good candidate experience while preserving the company's DNA.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, pre-screen candidates, conducting phone interviews and reference check
Creatively find and recruit amazing candidates using common sourcing tools
Maintain a strong pipeline of talent
Work closely with hiring managers
Leverage our Applicant Tracking System to ensure effective and efficient recruiting processes

Requirements:

2+ years of Recruiting experience
Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work within deadlines
Expert at managing multiple tasks, deadlines and projects
Team player, creative thinker
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English and Hebrew)
