To provide end to end TA support to APAC in recruitment by focusing on direct sourcing, with demonstration of a consultative approach business partnering with candidates, hiring managers and hiring community to ensure we bring in best in class talents into Hasbro.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in intake meeting briefing sessions for open positions, aligning on job description, compensation, headcount, sourcing and selection strategy.

  • Support Hiring Manager in job advertisements and advertise through appropriate recruitment channels including Employee Referral, LinkedIn, Job Boards or agencies.

  • Promote Employee Referral Program through communication of all vacancies across APAC.

  • Be the point of contact for all potential candidates and applications, building a strong talent pipeline across functions and location of coverage.

  • Conduct 1st level pre-screening (values, agility, overall competence) and participate in interviews to gauge suitability.

  • Organise interview schedules along with 3rd party HR Shared Service Team and liaise with candidates across all touch points.

  • Work with the HR Shared Service Team, for e.g to seek relevant hiring approvals at the start of requisition management on ATS, and when generating employment contracts.

  • Evaluate efficiency of recruitment agencies and overall management, including but not limited to selection of new partners where appropriate with clear standards for PSL (preferred supplier list),

  • Ensure terms and conditions are in place for all recruitment partners including appropriate legally vetted terms of business (TOB).

  • Lead TA initiatives to drive connection with Hasbro and to increase directly sourced talent with a strong focus on diversity.

  • Train and develop the Local HR Specialists/hiring managers within the area of Talent Acquisition to provide positive candidate experience through interview training, employee advocacy and best practice insights.

  • Build future talent pipeline for mid-level hot jobs as well as entry level emerging talents such as internship and graduate trainee program by embarking on university relations for key universities in market of responsibilities.

  • Involvement in key projects, partnering with Talent team as and when necessary.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • A university degree within business related disciplinary.

  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience working within talent acquisition, able to converse fluently in English

  • Fluency in English

  • Be the face of HR to the external stakeholders and exude positive demeanour.

  • A can-do attitude with ability to independently perform effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

  • Able to build strong rapport with candidates and hiring community, proactive updates provided with the aim of positive candidate experience.

  • An independent contributor who has high ethical standards and effective management of multiple roles/ tasks at a time.

  • Able to handle a high level of confidentiality and common-sense regarding employee information.

  • Adjusts to new, different, or changing requirements and maintain composure under pressure.

  • High level of communication skills in a cross-cultural environment.

  • Results Orientation to close roles and or complete tasks assigned, People Agility to work across function or team, being able to partner well with solution orientated mindset.

  • Competent in leading key projects.

  • Ability to actively listen and resolve conflict amicably.

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with leaders, hiring managers and candidates.

  • Ability to challenge status quo by bringing people along the journey with positive intent.

  • Able to mitigate risks by thinking ahead, provides insights to back up the argument/view.

 

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese to support APAC markets
