1. Systems Management:
- Oversee the
administration and management of Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, and
Intune.
- Manage and
monitor Active Directory admin roles, ensuring appropriate access and adherence
to security policies.
- Implement and
maintain network security solutions for the entire organization.
2. Security and Compliance:
- Develop and
enforce security policies, procedures, and standards to align with industry
best practices.
- Conduct regular
audits to ensure compliance with standards like ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type 1, and
SOC 2 Type 2.
- Manage incident
response and data protection activities, mitigating potential risks and
ensuring data security.
3. Infrastructure Management:
- Design,
implement, and maintain robust IT infrastructure that supports the company's
growth.
- Oversee device
management strategies, ensuring secure and efficient use of all connected
devices.
- Lead projects to
upgrade or expand infrastructure, minimizing downtime and ensuring seamless
integration.
4. Collaboration and Training:
- Collaborate with
other departments to understand security requirements and implement best
practices.
- Train staff on
security awareness and compliance requirements.
- Act as a point of
contact for security-related queries and issues.
5. Continuous Improvement:
- Stay up-to-date
with the latest security trends, tools, and compliance requirements.
- Develop and
implement improvements to existing systems and processes.
- Conduct risk
assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science,
or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT security and
infrastructure management, with a focus on Microsoft products.
- Deep understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure Active
Directory, and Intune.
- Extensive knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type 1, SOC 2 Type
2, and other security certifications and standards.
- Experience in incident response, risk assessment, and
disaster recovery planning.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to
explain complex technical issues to non-technical staff.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or Microsoft
Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals.
- Experience working in a multinational company with a
distributed workforce.
