As a Senior IT Manager, your role will be pivotal in providing comprehensive support to artists, designers, programmers, and office personnel, ensuring the seamless functionality of workstations, software, and other essential peripherals.

Responsibilities

Infrastructure Management:

• Construction and management of suitable network and server infrastructure for game projects.
• Utilization of cloud services and implementation of optimal hosting solutions.
• Introduction and operational maintenance of information infrastructure (groupware, email, internal communication tools such as chat, FTP, file servers, backup servers, etc.) to ensure high-quality solutions and service levels.
• Maintenance and implementation of IT and information security policies and procedures for strengthening and maintaining information security.

Security:

• Planning and execution of security measures for game data and system security.
• Prompt response to incidents and formulation of security policies.

Collaboration:

• Close collaboration with teams such as development, design, and operations.
• Understanding IT needs in game production and providing support based on them.
• Design and construction of IT, AV, and security for UNSEEN's new studio.

Technical Strategy:

• Keeping abreast of the latest technological trends and best practices.
• Formulating technical strategies for optimizing and streamlining the game development process.
• Continuously following changing IT trends, adopting industry best practices, and driving continuous improvement and advancement in digital solutions.

Project Management:

• Planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation of IT projects.
• Effective budget management and resource utilization.

IT Environment and PC Setup for New Employees:

• Arrangement of necessary IT equipment and software for new employees.
• Configuration and troubleshooting of PCs and IT environments for new employees.

仕事内容

インフラ管理:

• ゲームプロジェクト向けの適切なネットワークおよびサーバーインフラの構築・管理。
• クラウドサービスの利用や最適なホスティングソリューションの導入。
• 高品質のソリューションとサービスレベルを確保するための情報インフラ（グループウエア、Eメール、社内コミュニケーションツール(チャット等)、FTP、ファイルサーバー、バックアップサーバー等）の導入、運用保守
• ITおよび情報セキュリティの方針と手順を維持・実施し、情報セキュリティの強化と維持

セキュリティ:

• ゲームデータおよびシステムのセキュリティ対策の計画と実行。
• インシデントの迅速な対応およびセキュリティポリシーの策定。

コラボレーション:

• 開発、デザイン、運用などのチームとの緊密な連携。
• ゲーム制作におけるITニーズの理解とそれに基づくサポートの提供。
• UNSEENの新スタジオのIT、AV、セキュリティの設計と構築

技術戦略:

• 最新の技術トレンドやベストプラクティスの把握。
• ゲームプロセスの最適化と効率化のための技術戦略の策定。
• 変化するITトレンドを追い続け、業界のベストプラクティスを採用し、デジタルソリューションで継続的に改善・推進すること

プロジェクト管理:

• ITプロジェクトの計画、実行、監視、評価。
• 予算管理およびリソースの効果的な利用。

新入社員のIT環境およびPCの手配と設定:

• 新入社員のために必要なIT機器やソフトウェアの手配。
• 新入社員のPCおよびIT環境の設定とトラブルシューティング。

• 5 years or more of experience in IT service management, networking, infrastructure, systems, and information security. • Proficient in project management, tools, and project development lifecycle with a solid understanding of the latest technological trends.
• Experience in information security, in-house IT, and information infrastructure-related tasks in the gaming industry.
• Experience in security management and incident response. • Previous experience as an IT manager in the gaming industry. • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.). • Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese. • Curiosity, kindness, and a positive and professional execution mindset.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, and/or a related field in IT.
• Passion for gaming. • Able to commute to Tokyo. • TOEIC score of 800 or above. • Confident in communication and negotiation skills. • Open-minded and respectful towards others.
