Job Details
- Develop and execute campaign strategies for both product and marketing area, and work with multiple game teams and partners to ensure the project growth in key regions
- Establish and track KPIs to ensure consistent measurement in order to improve marketing performance an related KPIs
- Work across multi-functional teams to facilitate creative development, content support and analytics
- Liaise and develop relationships with partners and potential external stakeholders
- A Bachelor's Degree in a business-related or engineering field from top reputable universities will be advantageous
- Having 1 - 4 years of working experience in a strategy consulting firm or strategic planning functions
- Highly motivated and driven individuals who are creative, adaptable, and enjoy solving challenging problems in the game industry who have strong records of academic and professional achievement
- Possess strong logical, analytical, and critical thinking abilities in identifying problems and coming up with effective solutions.
- Strong project management skill with a proven track record of successful project deliveries
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Bahasa and English along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Highly passionate about games with a good knowledge of the gaming industry in Indonesia; having a deeper curiosity for game products and the industry's best practice
