Job Description

As a Strategy and Operations Manager II, you'll define, implement, and execute priorities to drive operational excellence, business growth, and productivity. Responsibilities include planning, goal setting, territory design, expansion plans, managing business activities, providing business insights, ensuring cross-functional alignment, driving partnerships, and executing new initiatives. You will influence executive-level decision-making, advise leadership, improve operations by launching programs, streamlining processes, and optimizing resource allocation. The role involves designing and implementing business cadence to achieve milestones and requires strong communication and problem-solving skills. This position is based in Mexico City and requires fluent English communication with US and Canada-based partners.

Must have:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
6+ years Go-to-Market Strategy/Sales Ops experience
Executive-level client interaction experience
Data analysis and insight generation
Business activity management (planning, reviews, target setting)
Fluent English communication

Good to have:

MBA or advanced degree
Cross-functional collaboration & influencing skills
Problem-solving skills (financial modeling, Google Sheets, SQL, Looker)
Reporting & presentation tailoring
Knowledge of enterprise customers & cloud technologies

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience in Go-to-Market Strategy, Sales Operations, Strategy and Operations, Management Consulting, Finance, or Program Management.
Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders.
Experience with data analysis and generating insights to decision making.
Experience managing business activities, such as annual business planning, headcount management, running business reviews, or target setting.
Ability to communicate in English fluently as this is a role that requires communication with US and Canada based partners.

Preferred qualifications:

MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing without authority to drive operational excellence, successful delivery of priority initiatives, process improvements, and change management.
Experience leveraging problem-solving skills (e.g. financial modeling, Google Sheets, SQL, Looker, etc.) to influence business leadership, measure outcomes, and evolve recommendations based on results.
Experience tailoring and delivering reporting and presentations to the audience, asking questions, and leading conversations that drive results and efficiencies.
Knowledge of enterprise customers and cloud technologies, products and market landscape.

Responsibilities

Influence executive level decision making around core business decisions, such as prioritization of growth opportunities, through scalable and problem-solving insights to increase productivity.
Be a trusted advisor to your organization and their leadership team, communicating, structuring, and problem solving and ambiguous business challenges and supporting organization priorities.
Run and improve operations by launching new programs, target setting, streamlining processes, automating tasks, identifying opportunities across the business, and optimizing resource allocation.
Organize the design and implementation of business cadence to deliver effective operations and achieve milestones.
