Job Description

Senior PCB CAD Engineer with 5+ years experience in PCB design using Cadence Allegro. Strong understanding of PCB design principles, component placement, routing techniques, signal integrity, and manufacturing constraints. Experience with PCB fabrication processes and manufacturing techniques, both of Rigid and Flex boards. Excellent English communication skills.

The Team and Role

Our office in Chennai provide an open-minded working environment and personal development opportunities in a WW international design company.

We are now looking for a Senior CAD Engineer to join our team. Our Gaming Electrical Engineering team spreads worldwide, both in Europe and Asia, and focuses on the design of gaming peripherals including keyboards, mice, wheels, joysticks and more.

Our motivation is to help all gamers have the best in-game experience by focusing on user needs: big and small, young and less young, girls and boys, because playing is such an important part of life. Play your way!

Leads PCB layout design and reviews. Work with cross functional teams in supporting our Logitech G brand product development - Gaming keyboards, mice, controllers and steering wheels.

Create and Maintain WW PCB footprint libraries

Manage existing part creation processes, implement new processes to improve symbol creation/approval/release.

Keeping up to date on the latest PCB material, PCB manufacturing techniques and component design guidelines.

Create engineering documentation for manufacturing of PCBAs.

Key Qualifications

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

Proficiency in using industry-standard PCB design tools (Cadence Allegro is a must, Mentor Graphics PADS and AutoCAD are a plus)

Strong understanding of PCB design principles, including component placement, routing techniques, signal integrity, and manufacturing constraints.

Familiarity with PCB fabrication processes and manufacturing techniques both of Rigid and Flex board.

Excellent English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in EE or equivalent

Minimum 5 years of experience in PCB design.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Knowledge of industry standards and regulations governing PCB design and fabrication.

Strong commitment, quick learner and self-motivated with good priorities and time management skills.

Good team player.
