Specialist/ Associate Specialist, Sales Analysis and Planning

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented data specialist to join our team. The role will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to identify trends and insights that will help inform business decisions.

This role is a newly created position to assist Manager and Sr. Specialist to work on the following tasks.

• Leverage Power BI tools to develop data visualizations and data models, generate valuable insights for key business stake holders.

• Maintain and enhance existing Power BI dashboards and Excel reports with the use of Power Query and Power Pivot.

• Help document the work processes, glossary, data sources, etc. and to establish a centralized library for Sales team.

• Partner with cross-functional teams such as Data Tech and Finance and assist Sr. Specialist to enhance a developing data warehouse, namely Snowflake, verify data consistency, integrity as well accuracy after data migrations.

• Create and manage dimensional data structures, such as Account Master and PLU Master, to support robust data management and analysis capabilities.

• Partner with System team to strengthen Salesforce data governance and assist Sales team members efficiently update and maintain Trade accounts’ attributing regularly.

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree with 2 years of relevant working experience in System maintenance, Database Development

• Proficient in Microsoft Power platform (i.e. Power Query, Power Pivot, Power Automate, etc) and must be familiar with Data Analysis Expressions (DAX)

• Data Visualization skill in a plus. (Knowledge about Power BI is preferred while Tableau is also welcomed)

• Hands-on experience with data maintenance

• Project Management (PMP) experience is a plus

• Candidates with less experience would be considered as Associate Specialist
