Job Description

The Bing India team is seeking a Software Engineer II to create next-generation experiences for millions of Microsoft users globally. This role involves revolutionizing user content consumption by delivering personalized, authoritative content. Responsibilities include designing and developing software solutions with delightful user experiences on Windows, creating responsive user interfaces using modern frontend technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue.js), implementing UX styling and design systems, collaborating across teams, resolving mission-critical service issues, and building automation to prevent problem recurrence. The ideal candidate thrives on complex technical challenges, loves collaboration, and is committed to continuous innovation in an agile environment.

Must have:

CS Degree or equivalent
4+ years development experience
Excellent coding & design skills
React/AngularJS/Web Components expertise
OO concepts knowledge
Problem-solving skills

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

- CS Degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
- 4+ years development experience outstanding coding and design skills, problem solving and analytical skills.
- Required : Excellent technical expertise with expertise on React/AngularJS/Web Components and CSS.
- Knowledge about OO concepts.
- Great analytical and problem solving skills, with a strong bias for quality and engineering excellence.
- Ability to debug and resolve issues spanning multiple subsystems.
- Firm sense of accountability and ownership for end-to-end project lifecycle.
- Understanding of modern UX technologies

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working with c#
- Experience with GIT.
- Experience on developing high available and scalable Web service.
