Job Description

Seeking a skilled Sitecore Performance UI/UX Developer with 8+ years of experience. Must have expertise in Sitecore 9.x/10.x (Azure PaaS), Sitecore MVC, C#, React/Angular/Vue, and performance optimization. Experience with SOLR, Azure search, caching strategies, and CI/CD tools is essential.

We are seeking a Sitecore Performance UI/UX Developer to join our newly created Service Consultant sub-practice, dedicated to serving a mature and impactful long-term client in the financial services industry. This role requires teamwork and focus on advancing the client's agenda. Join us to make a meaningful impact and contribute within our innovative team. 

What you’ll do: 

Contribute as a squad member to design and implement products throughout the PDLC including coding, testing, and documentation independently.
Working with Product Owner and Scrum Master in an Agile Environment to improve velocity on a product delivery.
Collaborate with product owners and development team members to implement front-end POCs from concept to product delivery.
Work as cross-functional team player to augment the squad needs as needed
Contribute to the community of practice and proactively share knowledge with squad members

Requirements: 

Experience in the Sitecore technical development / implementation of Sitecore Experience platform 9.x/10.x (Azure PaaS must have) and Sitecore modules/products ecosystem.
Experience in Sitecore server-side development with proficiency in Sitecore site design/layouts, Sitecore MVC, API development, C# language, and .NET technologies.
Front-end web development experience: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript and moderate development experience using UI frameworks React/Angular/Vue.
Hands-on experience implementing best practices in content publishing, workflow, custom fields, template design, RSS feed, media library items, and integrating with modern website analytics tools.
Experience in analyzing and resolving performance issues with Sitecore CMS and search technologies such as SOLR and Azure search, including caching strategies.
Hands-on automation experience in deployment solutions such as Azure DevOps or equivalent CI/CD tool.
Experience writing technical/enablement user stories, documenting technical specifications and platform-specific component diagrams.
Experience with quality assurance process for testing CMS applications including functional, non-functional, A/B testing, and configuration/code reviews.
Work with Product Owners, Technical Platform Owners, Scrum Masters, and squad members in an Agile environment to improve velocity on a product delivery.
Sitecore advanced solution/develop certification.
8+ years of Sitecore development experience.
