Job Description

The Service Advisor at Tesla's Munjeong, Seoul service center provides professional service to all customers, addressing their needs and expectations. This includes proactive preparation for customer visits, ensuring a seamless experience. Responsibilities encompass managing customer appointments, work orders, quotes, and invoices using internal Tesla systems. The role requires efficient handling of customer inquiries, both scheduled and unscheduled, adhering to internal policies, and providing constructive feedback on existing and new programs. Accurate record-keeping of solutions and data within Tesla's system is essential. The advisor also manages communication regarding repair completion times, progress updates, and results. Post-service checks for damage are necessary, and coordination of vehicle delivery with each customer is crucial. Customer satisfaction surveys are also conducted. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of customer service experience in the automotive industry and strong computer skills.

Must have:

2+ years customer service experience in automotive industry
Proficient in service center applications and MS Office
Valid driver's license
Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
Meticulous record-keeping and reporting

Good to have:

Automotive technology associate's degree or certification
Understanding of automotive inspection, diagnostics, and repair

또한 서비스 센터에 방문을 희망하는 고객의 요구사항을 미리 확인하고 준비하여 고객에게 최상의 서비스를 제공합니다.
‘지속 가능 에너지로 전 세계적 전환을 가속화’를 위해 서비스 센터 및 고객접점에서 업무를 하는 직무입니다.

What You’ll Do

Tesla 사내 시스템을 활용하여 고객의 방문 일정, 작업지시서, 견적서 및 송장 관리
서비스 센터 방문 고객 (예약 및 비예약)에 대한 응대를 책임지며 고객의 문의사항에 대해 신속하게 대응
내부 정책을 준수하며 기존 및 새로운 프로그램에 대한 피드백 적극적 제공
고객에게 제공한 해결방법 및 데이터를 정확하게 기록하여 Tesla 사내 시스템에 입력
정비 예상 완료 시간, 서비스 진행 사항 업데이트 및 조치 결과에 대한 의사소통 수행
차량의 점검 및 정비 후 수리 완료여부 확인 및 작업 중 손상된 부분이 있는지 확인
각 고객과 정비 완료된 차량 전달을 위한 일정 조율
제공된 서비스에 대한 고객 평가 확인 및 만족도 조사 수행

What You’ll Bring

자동차 산업에서 2년 이상의 고객 상담업무 또는 유사한 경력을 보유하신 분
서비스 센터 응용 시스템, Outlook 과 MS Office과 같은 기본적인 컴퓨터 기술에 이해가 높은 분
자동차 운전면허증을 보유한 분
자동차 기술 관련 전문 학사 학위 또는 자격증 소지자 우대
자동차 점검, 진단 및 정비와 관련된 자동차 기술에 대한 이해를 가진 분
세심하고 빠른 변화에 적응할 수 있는 분
새로운 자동차 기술에 대한 학습 의지가 높으신 분
정확한 기록과 보고서 작성이 가능한 분
여러 우선순위를 효율적으로 처리하고 마감일을 준수하는 분
