Key Responsibilities
- As a SEO Analyst at Cricket.com, you'll play a crucial role in optimizing our content strategy, improving search engine rankings, and driving organic traffic to our platform. You'll work closely with our content and product teams to ensure Cricket.com remains at the forefront of the cricket digital landscape.
- Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and traffic
- Conduct keyword research and optimize on-page content for target keywords
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure all articles, match reports, and fantasy tips are SEO-optimized
- Perform technical SEO audits and recommend improvements to enhance website crawlability and indexing
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console
- Stay up-to-date with SEO best practices and algorithm changes, adjusting strategies accordingly
- Provide regular reports on organic search performance and recommend data- driven improvements
- Work with the product team to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into new features and updates
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in SEO, preferably in the sports or media industry.
- Proven track record of improving organic search rankings and driving traffic growth.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content strategy.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web technologies.
- Familiarity with cricket and the sports digital landscape is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a cross- functional team.
