腾讯游戏商务部的主旨是建立腾讯与全球优质厂商的桥梁，服务与全球100+投资伙伴和重要厂商。持续扩大腾讯在全球互联网生态和游戏行业的影响力，利用敏锐的嗅觉捕捉高潜力商业合作机会，并帮助投资伙伴持续的成长。
深耕亚太、欧美和新兴市场，与日本、韩国、美国、英国、法国、芬兰、德国等成熟市场和东南亚、中东、土耳其等新区域的伙伴建立了深度的战略合作关系，实现商业上的共赢。

岗位职责:
1.负责中国地区游戏产业研究与投资分析，制定投资战略和投资计划，识别优秀公司和项目.
2.负责通过玩法研究、玩家偏好分析、市场趋势研究、游戏公司研究等多种方式，识别和判断中国游戏市场的发展机会.
3.持续监控中国游戏市场发展动态，独立负责研究课题，形成对部门和公司有价值的战略建议.
Requirements:
1.本科及以上学历，3-5年游戏研究、战略商分经历；. 2.游戏玩家，跨品类/平台游戏经验丰富，对玩法设计有深入理解；熟悉游戏行业重点品类及厂商；. 3.具备较好的商业分析能力和洞察力，对所研究方向可输出高质量分析报告；. 4.适应中英文工作，有游戏研究/游戏引进评估/游戏投资/游戏大厂战略经历候选人优先；. 5.进取心和好奇心，能够跟随行业发展持续学习探索；. 6.对游戏研发技术趋势有认知，能与游戏行业客户建立高质量关系是加分项.Similar Jobs
