Tasks
Acting as an interface between Nintendo IT and Nintendo Business Departments on a European level
Optimizing IT processes and supporting in project coordination
Conducting end user trainings and creating process documentation
Coordinating tickets and unresolved issues for analysis
Coordinating testing
Supporting iDoc and job monitoring
Setting up reporting / establishing queries for monitoring the performance
Requirements
University or equivalent degree with a major in Business Administration or comparable qualifications
Experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Project Management or Process analysis in an international company
Very good MS Office and SAP skills
Fluent written and spoken English and German language skills
Strong analytical skills
Assertiveness, hands-on-mentality and the ability to work under pressure
Drive for results, initiative and change orientation are key competencies
