岗位职责:
1. 作为游戏港台东南亚区域的责任人与接口人,为游戏在港台东南亚区域的数据和指标结果负责
2. 为在海外发行手游制定市场策略,并推进执行,包括不限于全球/特定区域市场策略、事件营销、买量渠道、品牌推广、平台合作、展会宣传等方面;
3. 能够总结分析营销项目,提出优化并推进下一步行动;同时具备一定需要针对阶段数据表现进行分析及策略决策
任职要求:
1. 在游戏发行/运营/市场推广上有5年以上工作经验,有海外手游推广经验者优先;
2. 熟练掌握游戏市场推广的营销方法,思路清晰,表达流畅。具有很强的开拓性,沟通和资源整合能力强,能够整合内外部平台以及合作伙伴资源,建立和维护良好合作关系;
3. 了解熟悉海外(东南亚)游戏市场产业动态,积极发掘新机会点,对市场流行趋势具备较高敏感度,收集和整理海外游戏市场信息及产品信息;
4. 对数据敏感,了解用户需求,有敏锐的洞察力和快速学习能力;
5. 有良好的团队沟通和执行能力,有较强的总结归纳能力,能撰写各类文档;
6. 热爱游戏,工作态度认真负责,具有良好的学习能力,抗压能力强,团队合作意识强;
7. 出色的英语能力,能使用英文作为工作语言,具有较强的英文文字组织能力和商务谈判能力;熟悉了解海外游戏市场者优先。
