Job Description

As a Senior Manager - Product (Gameplay) at Dream11, you'll be a key player in shaping the user experience of a leading fantasy sports platform. Responsibilities include identifying user and business needs to craft product strategy, prioritizing the development roadmap, iterating based on feedback, owning the product lifecycle, setting and tracking key metrics, and aligning teams on the product vision. You'll leverage data to make decisions and collaborate across functions to develop innovative solutions driving user retention and growth. This role demands strong communication and data analysis skills within a fast-paced, high-growth B2C environment.

Must have:

4+ years Product Management experience in gaming or growth.
Excellent communication and data skills.
Identify user/business problems & build product strategy.
Prioritize product roadmap & meet team goals.
Own the entire product development lifecycle.

Job Details

Product Management @Dream11:

The Product team is at the forefront of Dream11's user-first approach, with a single-minded focus towards building a scalable fantasy sports platform that makes every game exciting for all sports fans. From analysing consumer and industry trends to conceptualising features and strategy roadmaps, the Dream11 Product team facilitates cross-functional collaboration to develop innovative solutions that drive retention and growth at Dream11.

Your Role:

Identify user and business problems to build product strategy
Prioritise product development roadmap to meet team goals
Continuously iterate and improve product based on customer feedback and market trends
Own the entire product development lifecycle from end to end
Set and track the right metrics for the product and use this information to make data-driven decisions
Align the working team and other stakeholders on the user problem and the product vision

Qualifiers:

4+ years of experience in Product Management in gaming or growth domain at a high growth B2C company
Excellent communication and data skills
