Working closely with other internal marketing teams, we help solve our partners’ business problems with inspired marketing solutions that make people so excited about Netflix they sign up and watch.

We are looking for a talented marketing professional who enjoys building close relationships with partners and is comfortable owning the full lifecycle of marketing projects from strategy through to execution.

Responsibilities

  • Own the marketing relationship with Broadband,  Mobile and pay TV partners as their first point of contact.
  • Work with consumer insights to identify growth audiences, understand their barriers/drivers to sign up and action these insights into a go-to-market strategy.
  • Develop upper-funnel marketing campaigns that promote the availability of Netflix, managing campaigns end-to-end across multiple channels (TV,  Digital, OOH, etc).
  • Build data-driven, lower-funnel customer marketing plans focused on acquisition (upsell, cross-sell) across our partners customer base.
  • Secure opportunities to promote Netflix titles, content and brand across impactful partner touchpoints (Retail, Experiential, partners UI.. etc).
  • Negotiate opportunities to engage, train and incentivise partner agent teams across sales channels, including retail and call centres.
  • Track and measure the impact of our marketing activity through continuous testing and implement change where needed.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Thrive in the Netflix culture;
  • Minimum 8 years of through-the-line marketing experience (ATL/BTL), ideally within pay-tv, telecommunication, digital distribution, video games, music industry, etc.
  • An outstanding record of cultivating relationships with top telco, TV, electronics, brand and/or agency marketers.
  • The ability to analyse data and translate this into a business strategy to help our partners meet mutually aligned goals.
  • In-depth knowledge of CRM and experience developing upsell, cross-sell and retention strategies is a must.
  • Understanding of partner sales channels (including training and incentives) is a big plus.
  • Highly detail oriented and enjoys working independently without the support of a large team.
  • Strong communication skills and an ability to work cross functionally with multiple stakeholders.
  • A startup/scale up mentality, experience building solutions from scratch and an excitement for the unknown/untested.
  • A deep affection and passion for entertainment.
