We are looking for a senior game developer to join the team of our new AA PC /console and mobile games project.
As Roof Stacks, we have implemented innovative projects since our establishment in 2015. Our mission is to become a global player in our areas of expertise that includes: tourism systems, augmented reality, game development, and financial technology.
While the development of our GoArt project continues rapidly, we are starting a new AA PC/Console game.
Our project, is going to be published by a large media organization. We have a team that has been working together for a long time, with a shared culture and development language. Our talented art team has worked on large projects before and has a long history of collaboration.

Responsibilities
Design game mechanics, core loops, economy models and meta game features for mobile games.
Oversee the balance of in-game items and pricing, as well as the development of in-game shops and currencies.
Ensure that the mechanics reinforce the themes of the game world and encourage exploration and discovery.
Design quests, events, and other activities that players can engage in within the game world.
Create a variety of different environments and areas within the game world that are thematically consistent and offer players different gameplay experiences.
Consider, plan and detail every element of a new game including the setting, rules, story flow, props, character interface, prototype and modes of play.
Put together a concept document and use this to convince the development team that the game is worth proceeding with.
Assess risks to and ensure shipping features by leading test efforts that align with product objectives and develop scalable solutions.
Lead on the user experience (UX) design of the game, ensuring players have the best experience.
Help the team to develop in increments by slicing design changes into small elements.
Deciding and applying necessary design changes in accordance with User Data and Feedbacks.
Qualifications
Having 4+ years of experience in game design, especially in Mobile games.
Deliver clear game design documentation and generating wireframes.
Communicate clearly and effectively with cross-functional teams to support implementation and roadmap planning.
Design and optimise key features that further the overall strategic vision of the product.
Work with teams of engineers, artists, and producers to define creative vision and ultimately deliver an extraordinary gameplay experience.
Demonstrable feature development ownership from inception to delivery.
Strong understanding of game balance and pacing in a free-to-play model.
Understanding of Mechanics-Dynamics-Aesthetics and Data Driven design methodology.
Data authoring and editing in development engine.
Passion for video games; an avid gamer with a detailed understanding of free-to-play games.
