Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer (Java + TypeScript) to maintain existing services (bug fixes, security updates, improvements in Java, Scala, and TypeScript), build new APIs and web applications (Java + TypeScript), migrate legacy services to new technologies (Java + TypeScript), and create and manage online ads for private users (Web). The role also involves running user profile services to store and manage user data. This position is crucial for a leading European online car market with over 30 million monthly users across 18 countries.

Must have:

Proficiency with Java/Spring Boot for APIs and web applications
Proficiency with TypeScript/React for web application development

Good to have:

Experience with Kafka
AWS
HTML and CSS Knowledge (clients don't use a CSS Framework)
Experience with REST
Relation Database and DynamoDB
Docker/containers
AWS Lambda

Our customer is the European online car market, with over 30 million monthly users and a presence in 18 countries. As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of online car markets and enhancing the user experience for millions of car buyers and sellers.

Responsibilities:

Maintenance of existing services (e.g., bug fixes, security updates, improvements in Java, Scala, and TypeScript)
Building new APIs and web applications (Java + TypeScript)
Migrating legacy services to new technologies (Java + TypeScript)
Creating and managing online ads for private users (Web)
Running user profile services to store and manage user data

Requirements:

Must-Have:

Proficiency with Java/Spring Boot for building APIs and web applications
Proficiency with TypeScript/React for web application development

Should Have:

Experience with Kafka AWS
HTML and CSS Knowledge (clients don't use a CSS Framework)
Experience with REST
Relation Database and DynamoDB

Nice to have:
