Job Description

Tesla seeks a Service Technician in Wrocław, Poland to perform repairs and maintenance on Tesla vehicles, both independently and under supervision. Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical issues, collaborating with senior technicians, maintaining a clean workspace, adhering to Tesla's repair guidelines, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate possesses relevant mechanical or electrical training/experience (automotive, aeronautics, etc.), strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication (English essential), and a passion for Tesla's mission. Continuous skill development and teamwork are key aspects of the role. The technician will also collaborate with other team members and assist other service centers as needed.

What You’ll Do

Perform repairs and maintenance on all types of Tesla vehicles: either with or without supervision depending on skill level

Demonstrate knowledge: basic understanding of Tesla vehicle systems and subsystems is requred

Clean and detail vehicles when needed, inspecting vehicles prior to customer delivery either after a completed service or the delivery of new cars

Collaboration: you will collaborate with Senior Technicians in their work and move towards more complicated tasks as part of your development, continuously learning and developing your knowledge and skills

Operate a variety of hand-powered and motorized shop tools, calibrating and inspecting equipment

Work across teams: engaging with other technicians and service center staff to solve problems and establish best practice

Support: you will support other service centers as needed

Effectively handle multiple priorities, organizing workload and meeting deadlines

Efficient work: you will work as cost effectively as possible and keep a tidy workspace

Follow all Tesla specified repair guidelines to the accepted quality levels, following safety instructions at all times

Maintaining accurate records of time expenses and materials

What You’ll Bring

Education: You bring relevant educational background: Education in a mechanical or electrical-related discipline or equivalent technical work experience from automotive industry or a related industry Aeronautics, Engines, Electrical, Marine, Aviation, other mechanics or industrial mechanic etc.)
