Position Description
Redhorse Corporation's Cyber Analytics team has an immediate opening for a Senior-level Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Program Analyst in support of the Missile Defense Agency (MDA). The ideal candidate should have a working knowledge of the Aegis Ballistic Missile Defense Weapon System and the SM-3 missile.  The Senior FMS Program Analyst will provide FMS program management and acquisition support to the Aegis Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) Japan Program Manager and Aegis BMD International Directorate.


Position responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Provide programmatic, and acquisition support, to FMS Program Manager
    • Coordinate with stakeholders and various offices in planning FMS management meetings, dates, and agendas.
    • Coordinate the development of briefings, action items responses, official questions, etc., for high-level program meetings. 
    • Provide support in coordination of meetings and setting up conference rooms, VTCs, and teleconferences.
    • Draft memorandums, white papers, and talking points for Japan Program Leadership on key topics and strategies. 
    • Develop, complete, file, and track Foreign Visit Requests (FVR), Notice of Visit (NOV), and Aircraft and Personnel Automated Clearance System (APACS).
    • Develop schedules, analyze schedules, provide program impact analysis, and provide solutions to minimize program impact due to schedule changes.
    • Oversee a team consisting of internal and external organizations in a workflow process to develop products and finalize tasks within scheduled and meet deadlines. 
    • Assist in coordinating and reviewing documents for approval and release to Foreign Military Sale partners and allies. 
    • Develop tracking spreadsheets and maintain status of action items, official questions and responses.
    • The position requires a high level of organization, strong attention to detail, proficient communications skills and strong writing skills. We are seeking a motivated and organized self-starter who is capable of multitasking with minimal direction or oversight.

Basic Requirements for Experience, Skills, Education, and Credentials include:

    • Education: BA/BS degree is required.
    • Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 15 years related experience.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
    • Have excellent analytical skills to effectively review information.
    • Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams)
    • Effective oral and written communication and conflict resolution skills 
    • Understand a process and be able to anticipate, plan, and communicate next steps to be completed.
    • Have some Aegis Combat System or Aegis Ballistic Missile Defense System background.
    • Security Clearance: Active Secret clearance is required.
