As an M365 Solutions Specialist, you will engage with a variety of clients, contribute to exciting projects, and help shape the future of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the integration of M365-based modern workplace technologies to boost client productivity and collaboration.
  • Develop, design, and deploy solutions within the M365 suite, including Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, and Power Platform.
  • Offer hands-on assistance with M365 services, focusing on configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
  • Work alongside team members to assess information, define requirements, and identify effective solutions for client needs.
  • Provide strategic advice on technology trends, conduct evaluation studies, and recommend best practices and architectural considerations for M365.
  • Ensure client M365 environments comply with IT security standards, emphasizing data protection and access control.
  • Engage in Agile methodologies during the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of M365 tenants, participating in sprints and scrum meetings.
  • Produce and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical specifications, system diagrams, and user manuals.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience as an M365 Administrator or a comparable role, with extensive knowledge of M365 services.
  • Expertise in Microsoft 365 services, such as Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, and Power Platform.
  • Proven track record in designing, deploying, and supporting M365 solutions tailored to business requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with a knack for resolving technical issues independently.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate effectively in a group setting.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and project management practices.
  • Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, are advantageous.
  • Fluency in English and French.
