The VAS Strategy & Planning team supports the Value-Added Services division of Visa.
The team supports the Global Head of Value-Added Services and broader leadership team to (1) develop and refine the overarching strategy of the division, (2) lead special projects and initiatives, and (3) respond to matters that require executive attention.
The team sits at the intersection of many geographies, product organizations, and business units, requiring organizational savvy and strong interpersonal skills. This is a unique opportunity to drive the organizational excellence of Visa’s business while collaborating with executives on a regular basis.
This role reports to the VP, Strategy & Planning for Value-Added ervices.
Job responsibilities:
Lead projects related to long-range strategy development and assessments of significant opportunities – including potential acquisitions – and threats.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 213,000.00 to 265,950.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
