We are now looking to expand the team with a Senior Credit Analyst based in Stockholm to chase the dream with us!

The essence of the role

As a Senior Credit Analyst, you will possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. Your role will involve comprehending intricate financial information and deriving precise and reliable conclusions.

As Sinch operates globally with offices and customers in various time zones, we may occasionally require some flexibility in your work schedule.

You will report to the Global Credit Manager based in London.

As Senior Credit Analyst, you will:

  • Daily operational tasks ranging from simpler tasks to more complex tasks, including managing account changes and legal entity changes.
  • Ensuring strict compliance with the company's credit policy.
  • Credit limit requests and updates. Collaborating closely with the Global Credit Manager and Sales team.
  • Assist and delight Sinch stakeholders by promptly addressing their requests, escalations, and more.
  • Take charge of overseeing and leading the strategic execution of our organization's credit policy.
  • Internal audits
  • Internal enhancements, focusing on both improving processes and enhancing functionality.
  • Consistently delivering comprehensive reports and timely updates to keep stakeholders informed of task progress and status.
  • Opportunity to take on ad hoc duties as needed and provide coverage for holidays and sickness.

Who are you?

For this position we are looking for an experienced Credit Analyst who is resilient and thrives in a progressive and ever-changing environment. The ideal candidate has exceptional interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal departments and external customers.

In order to be successful in this role, we believe you have:

  • Experience of at least 5-10 years in commercial settings, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in the field of international credit and have dealt with clients from overseas
  • Experience thriving in international environments
  • Exceptional Credit analyst skills and experience in focusing on delivery of company KPIs, working to deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A solid grasp of task prioritization and the ability to complete them with efficiency
  • Excels at fostering improvements within their designated area of responsibility and possesses the enthusiasm and drive to take the lead on projects.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken

  • Familiarity within the Telecom business
  • Strong excel and reporting skills
