    • Collaborate with art leadership and the production department to ensure that the assets stay on target, from a quality, direction, and schedule point of view.
    • Provide paintovers and callouts to the outsource artists to help align their concepts to our new universe.
    • Clearly communicate feedback to external artists and teams.
    • Foster long-term relationships with outsource partners to build trust, passion, and craft excellence in best practices and techniques.

Requirements

    • 5+ years experience as a Concept Artist with at least 2 years as an outsource manager, leading/guiding artists through the concept art workflow.
    • Experience as a Concept artist focusing on character and weapon concepts.
    • Clear and concise communication, leadership, and people skills.
    • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to align art outsourcing activities with internal project milestones and deadlines.
    • An eye for the nuances within particular art styles and the components that make them cohesive and unique.
    • A strong portfolio showcasing character and weapon concepts and paintover examples demonstrating your feedback process.
Compensation: We believe that a team that builds together wins together. Because of that, our compensation packages consist of competitive industry standard base salaries, an annual bonus, and royalties. For this specific role, the base salary range is $130,000 to $170,000 (USD) with the final salary offered dependent on job-related skills, knowledge, experience, and internal equity.

Benefits: We are committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment with a no-crunch culture and an unlimited PTO policy so people can take the time when they need and want it! Additionally, we offer comprehensive healthcare, dental & vision coverage for you and your family and paid parental leave.
