The ideal candidate has 3+ years of ASO experience in mobile gaming, understands attribution complexities in scaled apps, and is proficient in ASO analytics tools. They should be data-driven, analytical, and comfortable building processes. Experience with Apple Search Ads is a plus.

Your mission

JustPlay is looking for a (Senior) ASO Manager. You have the unique opportunity to join an already thriving business with 8 digits annual spend on our growth and a half a million Daily Active Users in the US. Your task will be focused on bringing the best user experience for our JustPlay app on Google Play and App Store and growing an organic stream of users. You will work closely with our Head of Growth, User Acquisition and Creatives teams to make our product an even bigger hit.

Job responsibilities

You design, manage and execute the App Store Search Optimisation vision and strategy for our main app on Google Play and Apple Store
You work closely with the User Acquisition and Product Teams to identify our target audiences and drive higher conversion rates
You tailor localization and cultural adaptation strategies to ensure relevance and resonance in key regions
You AB test graphic and text assets to find the best combinations for paid and organic growth
You experiment with custom store pages to create a synergy between UA and ASO
You apply seasonal updates to the store pages according to a product live-ops calendar
You track and monitor the market to spot trends and growth hacks

The experience we hope you bring to JustPlay

You have at least 3+ years of work experience in ASO Management for mobile games
You are able to navigate the attribution and measurement complexities of a highly scaled cross-platform app
You have solid experience with Google Play and App Store tools, as well as ASO analytical tools (SensorTower, Data.ai, Appfollow etc)
You have a clear understanding of User Acquisition related metrics, as well as data discrepancies between internal and external ASO sources
You have experience in working with custom reports, analyzing data from various angles and seeking out for growth opportunities
You are business savvy with an analytical and growth hacker mindset, and are comfortable with building processes and structure
Experience with Apple Search Ads would be a plus
