About the role: 

We are seeking a seasoned financial professional to manage and oversee our accounting operations. As Senior Accounting Manager, you will act as the primary accounting advisor to the leadership team, ensuring financial integrity and compliance as we scale. You’ll work cross functionally to streamline financial processes, implement robust controls, and guide the company through critical initiatives such as ERP migration and financial audit, ensuring compliance with GAAP standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all general accounting functions including AR, AP, GL, tax & payroll.

  • Lead preparation and execution of financial audits, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

  • Spearhead the ERP migration (Quickbooks, Netsuite, Intacct), ensuring seamless transition with minimal disruption to operations.

  • Develop and enhance internal controls, policies, and procedures, adapting them as business evolves.

  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP standards.

  • Monitor and manage cash flow, providing accurate forecasting and budgeting to support strategic decision-making.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to provide financial insights and actionable recommendations to inform business strategy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent).

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in accounting/finance, ideally in a high-growth startup environment.

  • Proven experience managing ERP migrations.

  • Deep knowledge of US GAAP standards (including ASC 606 and 842) and experience with financial audit preparation.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data clearly and concisely to non-financial stakeholders.

  • Strong ability to work independently, juggle multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
