We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Security Engineering Lead. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in overseeing Network and Product Security, Vulnerability Management, Secure SDLC, Application and offensive security, Mobile and API Security.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Product Security
- Lead and execute security assessments for applications, ensuring a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating security risks.
- Providing security guidance on all new products and technologies within the organization.
- Advocate secure coding and design principles, build frameworks to automate security testing and conduct security assessments to unearth critical vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into the development lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive threat modeling for mobile applications and infrastructure to enumerate threats and mitigation strategies.
- Enable the developers with knowledge of threat modeling by conducting focused workshops.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and coordinate remediation efforts.
- Implement and manage a comprehensive vulnerability management program to remediate and track security issues.
- Lead offensive security initiatives, including penetration testing and ethical hacking activities to identify and address vulnerabilities.
- Stay current with the latest attack techniques and tools, providing insights to enhance our defensive strategies.
- Integrate security practices into the DevOps pipeline, promoting a culture of security awareness and responsibility.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to implement security best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field is must.
- 6-8 years of proven experience in security engineering roles.
- In-depth knowledge of product security, threat modeling, vulnerability assessment, offensive security, and DevSecOps.
- Strong understanding of security principles and best practices.
- Knowledge of industry-standard security frameworks and regulations.
