Job Description

The Schedule Manager establishes and implements the scheduling processes and infrastructure/platform to facilitate the delivery of:

  • Integrated Schedule Development for the whole LNPP lifecycle at all levels of the WBS from Level 0 to Level 4 schedules
  • Facilitate the integration with other project scope through Integrated Milestone Schedule
  • Manage the integration between schedule and cost management
  • Execute schedule risk analysis for tender schedules and as required throughout the life cycle of the project in collaboration with the Risk Manager
  • Maintain the project schedules in accordance with the Project Change Control process

 

The Schedule Manager establishes and leads the scheduling function and assumes the overall responsibility for providing the single source of forecasting, progress and performance information through the schedule. The Schedule Manager ensures the schedule deliverables are completed on time and assigns and manages scheduling resources to ensure portfolio goals are achieved.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree-level or equivalent qualification in engineering
  • Minimum total 15+ years experience in industrial sector including a significant experience (minimum 5 years) as Planning / Schedule Manager leading the scheduling function

 

Additional Information

  • Knowledge of Scheduling tools & software (P6, Acumen Fuse, risk analysis tools)
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Possess drive, initiative, and result-oriented skills and the ability to work under pressure. 
  • Excellent writing and communication skills 
  • Able to develop quickly strong relationships with multinational teams from different organisations representing the Owner, EPC vendor, Construction, Commissioning, Project Management, Safety and licensing and owner, among others. 
  • Able to understand and respect local culture.  
  • Leadership capability and mentoring of staff. 
  • Discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information
