Scaled Solutions and Insights Data Analyst

The Scaled Solutions and Insights Data Analyst mission is to empower the Operations Service Center stakeholders with a range of data products and technical solutions to help them gather deeper insights and intelligence to amplify business outcomes in alignment to core priorities and strategic planning. 

We are looking for a Data Analyst who is willing to work in a dynamic environment. You will need to be adept at managing business change, evolving requirements, adjustments in a strategic direction, and emerging technologies. You will need to be agile and flexible, yet proficient and disciplined. This is an amazing opportunity to be at the center of building a showcase worthy data capability, the successful candidates should have proven experience in working with ambiguity, program management, a solid understanding of both business and engineering priorities, analytical, financial, organizational and communication skills. Required/Minimum Qualifications 

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field AND 4+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis 

• OR Master's Degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field AND 2+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis 

• OR equivalent experience. 

Additional or Preferred Qualifications 

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field AND 6+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis 

• OR Master's Degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field AND 4+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis 

• OR equivalent experience. 

• Business and Data Landscape: Applies in-depth knowledge of business and data landscape to support data sourcing and integration decisions. 

• Customer/Stakeholder Orientation: Focuses on understanding customer/stakeholder needs and delivering tailored solutions. 

• Expertise in Data: Identifies and leverages data across sources, ensuring data quality and integration. 

• Data Analysis: Evaluates and determines analytical techniques to address business questions and provides actionable recommendations. 

• Reporting and Sharing Results: Shares insights through various means to inform business decisions and improve reporting efficiency. 

• Experimentation and Innovation: Supports and consults on experiments to evaluate new features or processes and makes data-driven recommendations. 

• Improvement and Efficiency: Promotes methods that create efficiency in analytics and reporting, ensuring data is readily discoverable and interpretable. 

• Model Evaluation: Links analytical models to business objectives and ensures alignment with stakeholder definitions and standards. 

• Orchestration and Collaboration: Ensures alignment and quality execution of data sourcing and analysis practices across teams. 

• Data Privacy and Governance: Maintains expertise in data privacy requirements and enforces standards related to bias, privacy, and ethics.
