Job Content:

Strategic & Techno Functional Orientation

  • Provide strategic leadership to the Salesforce(SF)  practice with a responsibility to enhance the customer experience through outcome led engagements and high-quality deliverables 
  • Focus on Business enablement, Innovation, Practice development, business delivery and practice operations 
  • Provide oversight to our largest Salesforce engagements including delivery management, client management and managing exceptions as they arise
  • Develop Short-term and Long-term Vision and Strategic Plans for the SF Practice – vision and execute  account growth strategies, capability and people development 
  • Be a true people’s leader and facilitate the practice growth fueled by team enablement and growth.
  • Define the capability strategy that keeps us ahead of our competition in terms of the deepest Salesforce skill sets in the market 
  • Enable pre-sales by ensuring availability of practice specific sales kits, collaterals and drive end to end proposal response delivery 
  • Manage the targets & utilization for the practice and strategy/solution formulation to achieve business objectives 
  • Grow the practice with on-going whitespace identification for sales, capability development and focus to evolve ways of working with differentiated and accelerated delivery 

People Management

  • Build a team from the ground up including involvement in recruitment, selection and onboarding
  • Lead teams to create a vision, coach and motivate team members to support an atmosphere of trust, diverse perspectives, creativity, and innovation. Additionally, shape broader decisions on talent strategy and talent development
  • Build a culture in alignment with our values
  • Collaborate and partner across practices to collectively win and deliver complex engagements

Impact: 

High degree of independence and influence over the Center partners and staff in the execution of the SF growth strategy. This role has Firm wide impact with global implications. The Leader is expected to establish and execute the activities that enable the behaviors, structures, systems and competencies required for the Canadian Firm to build a successful operating model. This individual must be a mission led enabler and have the viewpoint and experience to work with other leaders in our business in ensuring effective operation of the model. 

Professional and Educational Background: 

  • Experience Level - More than 17 years; Consulting Skills with deep focus on at least one vertical; Client engagement and business development experience; practice development experience; and S4 implementation experience would be highly valued

Skills Preferred: 

  • Strong motivation to build a practice from the ground up
  • Proven industry and technology consulting skills while working collaboratively with business stakeholders and project teams to deliver measurable results across a single or multiple Salesforce capabilities.
  • Appreciation and passion for design-thinking, critical problem solving and a curiosity for understanding the latest in business + technology 
  • Strong stakeholder management and story-telling skills to communicate, facilitate and present cogently to, and across all levels of audiences within client organization, engagement teams, internal staff and management
