SHIFT44 is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their team. The SDR will be responsible for generating revenue by identifying new opportunities for the advertiser sales team. This includes collaborating with sales leaders, conducting market research, and qualifying leads through independent prospecting. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, results-driven, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include executing targeted outbound campaigns, identifying specific prospects, building the top of the sales funnel through partnerships, developing industry knowledge, tracking client communications, and exceeding monthly qualified lead objectives. The position requires 1+ years of outbound sales and channel growth experience, a drive to hunt and win, strong communication skills, and a passion for working in a self-guided manner. The position offers a generous base salary plus bonus, benefits, and perks.

Title: Sales Development Representative

We are currently seeking an energetic and self-motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team at SHIFT44. This position is key to filling the top of the marketing funnel through developing new advertising partners.

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) you will have the opportunity to impact the bottom line by generating revenue through identifying new opportunities for the advertiser sales team. The primary responsibilities include collaboration with the sales leaders, market research to identify new potential channel partners and customers, and qualification of these leads through independent prospecting. 

This position is perfect for someone who is self-motivated, hungry, an extrovert, and a results-driven individual.

Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside sales, business development and leadership to execute targeted outbound campaigns 
  • Identify specific prospects/partners to approach and effectively communicate the specific value proposition for the partner’s business 
  • Leveraging cold calling, emailing, and social media to build the top of the sales funnel through partnerships
  • Build and develop relevant industry knowledge depending on campaign/vertical.
  • Track all client communications, coordinate meetings with sales executives, and dutifully log all activities in company’s CRM.
  • Accountable for meeting or exceeding monthly qualified lead objectives and quotas.

Qualifications:

  • Must demonstrate a desire to learn, embrace new concepts, and be passionate about leveraging the phone to drive opportunity.
  • 1+ years of outbound sales and channel growth experience
  • A drive for hunting, winning and providing value to target accounts 
  • People person, able to build and nurture relationships through appropriate follow up and relationship management.
  • Resourcefulness, initiative and passion for working in an effective and self-guided manner in a fast paced environment
  • Understanding of generating pipeline through outbound/inbound activity, and utilizing CRM software to aide in engagement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying partner needs
