Team, about the role
We are looking for a responsible Relocation Coordinator to coordinate the relocation of our employees in Kazakhstan and help them resolve private issues.
Tasks
Processing, renewal, and addressing other issues related to employees' and their families' temporary residence permits (TRP), including communication with employees, collecting and preparing required documents, and directly submitting TRP applications.
Handling other tasks related to employees' migration issues.
Interaction with business partners on migration matters.
Assisting with personal issues that relocating employees may encounter.
Requirements
Proficiency in the Russian language.
Experience in HR, personnel document management, and working with migration documents.
Understanding of the country’s specifics and the ability to find solutions in challenging situations.
Strong communication skills, flexibility, friendliness, honesty.
