Team, about the role
Now our flagships are experiencing a new phase in the development of quality. We are looking for an experienced VFX Artist to become a team leader and drive a new vision for the look and quality of the project's effects. We want a seasoned expert ready to take on the production of the project's visual effects and find new artistic solutions. You will choose from a range of challenging tasks and independently make key decisions that will affect the development of the project.
This role requires relocation from Russia and Belarus to one of our offices or remote work from other countries (except Russia and Belarus). Find out more .
Tasks
Forming the dynamics and style of the project's effects
Creating and integrating effects of different levels of complexity
Demonstrating leadership in the development of the projects' VFX teams
Developing the company's internal tools
Work with internal departments to reach new levels of explosive visual quality
Requirements
Portfolio and 3+ years of experience developing effects for mobile games
Skills in creating effects in Unity, Unreal, and proprietary game engines, as well as their implementation in games
Expert skills in working with graphic editors
Good sense of dynamics, shape, color, and composition
Knowledge of the mobile market and its trends
Ability to work with attention management and flow in the game
Experience with shaders
Fluency in Russian and proficiency in written English
Preferred
Knowledge of how related areas operate: programming, game design, technical design, animation
Experience working on mobile projects of similar styles
Experience creating and texturing 3D models
Drawing skills, art education/training
