Regional Warranty Audit Specialist

Tesla is looking for a proactive and diligent regional Service and Warranty Audit Specialist to better support field operations across Aftersales. You will collaborate with frontline Service teams, Sr Management, Customer Service, Technical Support, Service Quality, and other cross departments to validate warranty and service repair orders, manage warranty defective parts, analyze warranty data, and better control warranty costs to ensure the compliance, authenticity, and accuracy of warranty repair orders and in turn give this information to the field teams for improvement in process.

• Maintain the daily operation of the regional warranty business, validate sample sizes of warranty repair order for correctness
• Provide warranty consultation to the Service and Body Repair centers
• Analyze regional warranty data & KPIs, and make reports
• Audit warranty defective parts including parts storage, return and scrap to ensure warranty parts precisely match with its repair orders
• Correct warranty issues & drive continuous improvement for the service centers
• Provide improvement plans to ensure compliance
