Job Description

As a Jr. QA Engineer, you will play a vital role in validating and regression testing our VOIP-based product lines. You will write comprehensive test plans for new and existing features, work independently with minimal supervision, report bugs and issues to the development team, and collaborate with them to ensure high-quality product releases. Your expertise in VOIP/SIP testing and experience with FreePBX or Asterisk will be essential in this role.

Must have:

1-3 years of QA experience in VOIP/UCaaS/Telecom industry
1-3 years of VOIP/SIP testing experience
Ability to write test plans
Independent work with minimal supervision
Strong communication & collaboration skills

Good to have:

FreePBX or Asterisk experience
Experience with HTML

Your Background:

Previous 1-3 years of QA experience working in the VOIP/UCaaS/Telecom industry

1-3 years of working with testing of VOIP/SIP in a professional environment in is required

FreePBX or Asterisk experience is highly desired

Ability to write test plans for any new or existing feature

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Experience with HTML is a plus
