Job Description

KRAFTON's Publishing Div.1 seeks a Publishing Business PM with 7-10 years of experience in global game product management across PC, mobile, and console platforms. The role involves leading the Dark and Darker Mobile publishing business, encompassing all stages from business feasibility assessment and launch preparation to live operations and product lifecycle management. Responsibilities include strategic planning, collaboration with internal and external stakeholders (including executives and partners), managing business operations, and ensuring effective communication across global teams. A deep understanding of the entire game product lifecycle, from development to marketing, is crucial. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.

Must have:

7-10 years global game product experience
Global publishing product leadership
Deep understanding of game product lifecycle
Strategic thinking & communication skills
Cross-functional collaboration experience

Good to have:

Korean game service launch experience
Foreign language proficiency (English, Chinese, Japanese)
Data analysis skills
