POSITION

We are looking for a talented Prompt Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our product and AI teams, you'll play an essential role in getting optimal outputs from cutting-edge AI models and Generative AI systems.

Your responsibilities will include optimizing AI performance, staying up-to-date with the latest AI advancements, and experimenting with new prompt engineering techniques. We value individuals who are self-motivated, proactive and possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING?

·  Collaborate with product and AI teams to develop, refine, and optimize prompts for AI language models like GPT, Gemini, Claude and diffusion models such as Stable Diffusion and Flux.

·   Analyze model behavior and understand potential limitations to optimize performance and user experience.

·  Develop and implement comprehensive benchmarking systems to evaluate and compare performance across various AI models and prompting techniques.

·  Regularly test and modify prompts to guarantee optimal outcomes and uphold high-quality standards.

·   Contribute to the implementation, assessment, and management of AI-related integrations

·   Test and compare open source artificial intelligence models.

·   Stay up-to-date with the latest AI advancements and trends. Investigate and report on advancements related to AI technologies.

·   Investigate and experiment with new prompt engineering techniques to optimize our model outcomes.

·   Support the training and fine-tuning of AI models for specific use cases.

·   Examine user feedback and other relevant data to continuously refine the AI-driven features of our apps.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING?

·   Familiarity with related programming languages and AI Frameworks.

·   Prior experience with AI language models such as GPT, Gemini, or Claude and with diffusion models (e.g., Stable Diffusion, Flux).

·   Familiarity with image generation tools such as A1111.

·   Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and toolsets (Engineering background not required).

·   Keen interest in AI, LLMs, Generative AI, and associated technologies.

·   Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

·   Self-motivated, proactive, and organized.

·   Self-starter mindset who works independently while contributing to team goals.

·   Passion for mobile apps and the app industry.

·   Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
