Steer Studios (formerly known as Savvy Games Studios) mission is to create a world-leading game studios in Saudi Arabia, creating high-quality games for international audiences. Also to help Saudi’s passionate gaming sector to develop homegrown IP and more broadly, make KSA a global hub for gaming.

As part of the Steer studios team, you will work alongside the best global gaming talents who have relocated to Riyadh to be part of the ambitious group, and innovative, passionate and hardworking Saudis.

Steer Studios is looking for a Project Coordinator who is a highly organized and detail-oriented individual. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our game production team, ensuring the smooth development and delivery of our mobile games. This is an entry-level position that offers a great opportunity to learn and grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure on-time and within budget delivery of projects.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, artists, and producers.
• Manage project risks and issues, identify potential problems, and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
• Track project progress, identify bottlenecks, and work with teams to resolve any obstacles or delays.
• Collaborate with external partners, such as publishers, vendors, and contractors, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Organize and coordinate project meetings, reviews, and milestones, ensuring that all relevant information is shared effectively among stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting notes.
• Provide administrative support to the development team as needed.
• Participate in testing and quality assurance efforts.

Qualifications and Key Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field is preferred.
• Minimum 1–2-year experience in a Project Coordinator.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, processes, and tools.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working with project management tools, such as Jira, Trello, or MS Project.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Passion for playing and understanding mobile games.
• Experience working in a mobile game development studio is preferred.
• Knowledge of game development pipelines and processes.
• Understanding of game engines, such as Unity or Unreal Engine.
• Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
