We are currently seeking an Integrated Brand Team Project Manager for a global biopharmaceutical company committed to advancing health solutions and improving lives worldwide. This is a 2-year contract opportunity based in Mettawa, IL, with a hybrid work arrangement (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).

As an Integrated Brand Team Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and supporting new product launches and ongoing brand initiatives within the Integrated Brand Team (IBT). You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of projects, all while ensuring that key milestones are met, and risks are managed. Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Establish and maintain strong relationships with project leaders and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on goals, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Project Planning: Collaborate with business partners to define clear project goals and develop detailed plans that allocate resources effectively to meet business objectives.
  • Progress Monitoring: Track project progress, identify potential scope changes, issues, and risks, and work with the team to implement solutions.
  • Team Management: Lead project managers and cross-functional teams, ensuring all activities are executed according to plan and within budget.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates and status reports to stakeholders, offering insights and recommendations to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Compliance & Policies: Ensure that all project activities comply with corporate and functional policies and procedures.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years of program/project management experience, ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver results under pressure.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Teams and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Ability to lead and coordinate multiple teams, driving project success across different functions.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and motivate others without direct authority.
  • Pharmaceutical Experience: Experience in product launches and market access within the pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred.
